NAMIO is a virtual healthy weight program that offers families a science-backed curriculum; personalized and group health coaching; live and on-demand workshops, workouts and cooking classes; and an online community, accessed through the NAMIO app. NAMIO meets the AAP's IHBLT criteria, including offering at least 26 hours of engagement over 6-12 months. NAMIO helps families improve health and well being in 5 key areas:

NAMIO was developed by Dr. Natalie Muth, a board-certified pediatrician, registered dietitian, and obesity medicine specialist.

NAMIO is ideal for families with children or teens experiencing any of the following:

NAMIO meets American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for Intensive Health Behavior Lifestyle Treatment (IHBLT).
If your patient is taking prescribed anti-obesity medication (Wegovy, Saxenda, Qysmia, etc), NAMIO is a complementary, virtual tool to support lifestyle change. Namio provides education and coaching in the five areas that matter most for health and wellbeing: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, social connection, and mindfulness.
